Pictures and Information Provided by Terry Quisenberry, Sr. |
All the veterans and citizens in this area purchased bricks and benches with veterans, and business names on them to pay for our Vietnam Memorial. It brings pride into everyone's heart knowing they each, and everyone had a part in making this dream of a Vietnam Memorial a reality to honor those living, those who passed, and those who are in MIA status.
We believe firmly in one for all, and all for one. We will always be brothers in arms. United we stand forever. One of the pictures was taken when we had the dedication, and two were taken after we raised the flags. These were provided by Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter #751, 908 D Avenue, Lawton, OK 73501, (580) 351-1544.
We have an office we keep open with veteran volunteers from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm daily, and we have a Service Officer from ODVA who assists them with claims.
